Key phrase
I will not be the same when I leave the Club

I joined the Club 3 years ago, in a rather haphazard way I have to admit. As I had my BAFA certificate, I applied as I wanted to work as a kids animateur for the school holidays to fund my studies. I liked it so much I decided to give up my Territorial Development course and remain at Club Med...

Club Med asked me to enrol on a work placement to be a sports instructor. I was able to move from Mini Club animateur to Landsports instructor then Archery instructor and I am now Landsports manager: I manage all so-called landsports, except for golf and tennis: fitness, archery, aquagym, soccer, basketball, volleyball, etc.

From my very first season, I wanted to be part of village life and, in particular, the entertainment. I saw this as an opportunity to develop my artistic nature... Before the Club I could just about manage, as a I had a sense of rhythm, but had no dancing technique! Now, after many hours of practice and a good dose of determination, I'm on the front row of the show! I think I was made to be a G.O... Dancing, enjoying life, partying, travelling, meeting people and having a good time! Great, isn't it?

In all cases, an experience with the Club is always very rewarding. I'm sure I'll never be the same person when I leave Club Med. In just 3 years, I feel that I have matured a lot... Evolving rapidly has empowered me and encouraged me to ask myself questions about my future. I now know that I am ambitious and would like to stay at the Club. My objective? Become a Village Manager... why not more... but little by little, moving up through the ranks.
