- Being the representative for Mandarin/Japanese/Korean - speaking guests
- Arrivals and departures (check-in and check-out)
- Telephone switchboard
- Cash-box
- Sales promotion (stay, meals, B&B)
- Organising and taking part to cultural events of his/her own guest population
- Translating information documents and notices
- Making speeches (information conferences, presentation of shows and events…)
Profiles
- Availability and international mobility from 6 to 12 months minimum
- Diploma in international travel industry or hospitality preferred
- Working experience at hospitality industry or customer service is an advantage
- Mother tongue has to be Mandarin/Japanese/Korean with English ability
